The fiber fusion didn't do much "cleaning out". The yeast balance, after taking it, gave a nice cooling feeling in my stomach. It worked for a few hours but it didn't solve the problem. Loved the probiotic. I wouldn't order this kit again. I just douched with water and tea tree oil and that solved everything right away.

This really helps balance your body in a short period of time. I felt better within a few days. It's convenient that the first five doses are taken at night before bed. The kit also includes a great brand of probiotics.
